50 sit ups

50 Grasshoppers

20 over the box jumps*

Run 400m

 

*For the over the box jumps, you may jump completely over the box, you may jump on and then over the box, you may step up on the box, but in all instances BOTH feet must clear over the top of the box. With the step up and jumping on the box both feet must make contact on top of the box. Full extension on top of the box is not a requirement as long as other standards are met.
