CrossFit Games are upon us! Mike and his wife Jeannie have been so kind to host the party this year. It will take place this Saturday at 18:00 (6pm) at the Pajor Palace. Details will be at the gym! Bring a beverage and a Paleo dish to pass!!

Or: 5 rounds of 1-3 reps at 95% of your base.
EMOM for 12 minutes total, where the first 6 minutes you will do two Cleans and the second 6 minutes you will do one Clean.
Then immediately after the 12 minute you will have a 3minute time limit to get that last Clean in, the one you missed or the one you think you can get......
