On Wednesday we will be doing the CrossFit total which consists of performing a 1 rep max of the 3 basic lifts: back squat, shoulder press and the deadlift to be done in that order.

Run to gary ave

run 400m

Rest between runs as needed. These three runs are 'Benchmark' runs in WODHOPPER so you will be able to track your progress as we do them in the future. Of course this would require you entering your scores into WODHOPPER.
