On Wednesday we will be doing the CrossFit total which consists of performing a 1 rep max of
the 3 basic lifts: back squat, shoulder press and the deadlift to be done in that order.
WOD
Five rounds for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood (55/35lb) 40 Double-unders
Scale as needed.
