Games: Here you can sign up for the CrossFit Open
We will be doing the Open WOD's every week and will be tailoring the daily workouts and lifts along the lines of HQ www.crossfit.com programming. The Open will last 5 weeks and it really is a lot of fun. Please support your local awesome CrossFit gym and sign up for the Open and would also help if you become a JUDGE!
