Do not forget about the gymnastics clinic on Saturday at 10am to be taught by Alex Pajor. In my professional opinion there is not one member in our community that would not benefit this clinic. We all have an area that needs work when it comes to the gymnastic movements.

I have noticed a few of you not posting your maxes or your WOD times to WODHOPPER. There is a real benefit to recording your scores in this software because we will always have a record of it and it will be a lot easier to find this record than digging through that old folder in hopes of finding it.
