/Group Warm Up! Next Week: we will do the 1 rep max of the snatch and split jerk.
Using a kettlebell complete 5 rounds for time of:
20 Weighted Step Ups Box 70/55lb (24/20" box)
20 Russian Swings 70/55lb
20 Weighted walking lunges 70/55lb (held like a goblet squat)
20 Double Unders*
*if you struggle at double unders: You may count your misses. You may opt to do 20 tuck jumps instead which are an excellent substitution. Or if doing 20 double unders is the majority of the workout for you set a 2 minute time limit for yourself each round to complete the 20, whatever you have finished at 2 minutes stop and move on to the next round.
