Front Squat 10,10,10 all rounds at 50% of max
10 minutes of double unders*
2 minutes of push ups**
Row 500m ***
*If you cannot string double unders together, count your misses.
**standards are the same as always. You will have a counter, your chest must touch the ground(not your legs or hips or stomach) and the only rest positions are a plank, and downward dog (as long as your knees are not bent when butt is in the air)
*** Row as fast as you can. Start the row at the 500m mark and countdown.
