For the first four rounds of back squats do the 5 reps as noted. For the fifth round max out the reps until failure. For the push ups the reps will continue

until you either take a knee or fail. For the pull ups you will continue until either your chin fails to go over the bar, or you let go and feet come to the ground.

As always, we are looking for perfect push ups. If your chest fails to hit the ground then it is NOT a completed rep.
