Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups (once again the standard is CHEST TO DECK) 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
I cannot stress enough times to put your chest to the deck and have a full lockout on the push up. This is the one exercise as a whole that the athletes in our gym suffer immensely at performing to standard. When your chest hits the deck that should also be the only thing that touches the ground. If you are laying on the ground at the bottom of the push up then your hips should leave the ground first then your chest will follow.
