This is a 25 minute AMRAP.

run 400m

1 round of  "Cindy"

run 400m

2 rounds of Cindy

run 400m

3 rounds of Cindy

run 400m

4 rounds of Cindy

etc.....

Note a round of Cindy is

5 pull ups

10 Push ups

15 squats

The workout will be scored by rounds and partial rounds completed. The run is considered 2 reps.  (an incomplete run is considered 1 rep)
