TODAY is the last day we will do any workouts at the ATI fitness center. Although they have been good to us, we need to move on. The moment is long overdue but it is here... so lets go out with a bang.
WOD
This workout maybe done in any order (the runs may not be back to back)
30 pull ups
row 500m
30 reps Back squat 115/80lb (you must C&J it off the floor and place on your back)
run 200m
30 d-bell squat cleans 45/30lb
30 toes to bars
run 200m
30 burpees
