Complex of Deadlift, Hang power Clean, Push jerk 5,3,3,1,1,1.
You will complete 5 deadlifts, 5 HPC, then 5 jerks. Rest, add weight and then complete the next round. No re-grips.
Conditioning:
3 rounds of:
10 Overhead Squats (use any weight that you can do unbroken)
10 GHD sit ups
Push ups @ 40% of max
