Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
15-cal. row
15 push-ups
One person is rowing, meanwhile the other is completing ONLY 15 push ups, when you are completed with the 15 push ups you will remain in the plank position. You will be in the plank position the entire time your partner is rowing. You cannot do more than the 15 push ups, and you may not row more than the 15 calories. Partners will switch every time 15 calories is completed no matter if the 15 push ups is completed or not. The only resting position for the push up is either the plank, or butt in the air, either way you may not take a knee.
