It is part of the history of CrossFit and CrossFit Carol Stream to help those in need. Several of our own members have friends and relatives in the Houston area, some need our help. One way to help is to contribute dollars to aid those who have lost all that they have. We have a fortunate opportunity to know that our money is going directly to those in desperate need… Chris Otts, grew up in Texas and through the church he leads has established a fund, through its funding branch, “Acts of Mercy”.
We will be doing today's WOD as a charitable workout, a donation bucket will be set up, any donation will help and rest assured go directly to those in need!

10 rounds of:
At the beginning of every even minute you will run 200m then you will do as many Dumbbell Power Snatches as possible.
Your score will be how many reps you complete in the 10 rounds. You don't have to do snatches every round, but you will be running every round.
