/Kettlebell Cardio at 9:30am this Saturday!!
EMOM for 20 minutes:
Even minutes: Power Cleans 3-5 reps*
Odd minutes: Weighted pull ups 3-5 reps*
*GO as heavy as you can in the beginning to complete 5 reps then in later rounds go as heavy as you can and do 3 reps.
Then:
Back Squat 3x3 @ 86%
Ring Program:
3 rounds of:
8-12 reps Reverse Pull up
10-30 seconds L-sit (on rings if you are able)
