WOD EMOM in 10 minutes

3 front squats @80% of 1 rep

& max double unders

You will do 3 front squats at the top of every minute and with the remaining time you will do as many double unders as you can do, OR if need be you will do as many singles as you are capable of.

RINGS 1:

3 sets of:

8-12 reps Reverse pull ups

8-12 reps Jump to Inverted hangs

10-15 GHD sit ups

Record weight and total double unders to Whiteboard and to the Zen.
