3 rounds for time of: 50 sit-ups 50-foot handstand walk* 50-foot overhead walking lunge,45/35lb bumper
*alternates, but not considered Rx: 25 handstand shoulder touches or 50 foot bear crawl with 25/15lb dumbbells in each hand.
