WOD There is a 30 minute time cap: 3 rounds for time of: 3 legless rope climbs (you may wrap your legs to rest only) 6 push jerks, 225/155 lb. 12 deadlifts, 225/155 lb. 24 GHD sit-ups 48 wall-ball shots, 20/14-lb. ball

If you cannot do a legless rope climb, do a regular one, if you cannot do one rope climb then 21 pull ups is the sub.
