MAX EFFORT: Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 reps

The goal is to go heavy. You should be heavy enough each round that a 3 minute rest is the minimum you will want to rest between rounds. Try to have a 5 rep, a 3 rep and a single rep max by the time you are finished. If in the first rounds you feel like you could have done maybe 7 reps instead of only 5, that is not your first round.... you are still warming up. GO HEAVY!

Do mobility after your lifts. Stretch those hamstrings!
