WOD- EMOM For 15 minutes

3 power clean and jerks the first 5 minutes (adding weight when you are able)

2 power clean and jerks the second 5 minutes (adding weight when you are able)

1 power clean and jerk the third 5 minutes (adding weight to reach a possible 1 rep max)

 

Back Squat 3 reps @ 84%

Conditioning:

Bodyweight program 2-3 rounds of

Inverted press

Push ups

Hollow positions

bridge
