Well I am posting this before the end of the Cubs game, I am assuming by the score that there will be a game 7 which means we will postpone the evening member meeting. Stay tuned! Morning Member Meeting will be at 10am.

225/160 pound Deadlift, 21 reps Handstand walk 21 meters* 225/160 pound Deadlift, 15 reps Handstand walk 15 meters* 225/160 pound Deadlift, 9 reps Handstand walk 9 meters*

 

*If you cannot do a handstand walk... now is a good time to learn. No really, if you cannot do a handstand walk you will do a Bear Crawl (same distance) with 20/15lb dumbbells in your hands.
