Monday
/Today we start the Body Weight Strength program!! We will begin the program with an assessment of your ability to perform certain bodyweight exercises. This will be on you to record how well you do with this assessment. Please show up on time and be ready to warm up with us and do this assessment. This is going to be great!
After the assessment we will do this:
WOD
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
Run 200m
7 burpees
7 toes to bar
