TK Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 8 strict pull-ups (use a band and perform strict pull ups if necessary)* 8 box jumps, 36/28-inch box 12 kettlebell swings, 2 pood (70/55lb)
*Full extension at bottom and no bouncing or kipping. Try to keep those legs straight down and body tight. It will be a great workout if you apply yourself to strict form and not big numbers. Have fun and get stronger!
