/I want to thank everyone for their participation in Murph for Miller. It was really awesome to see everyone make a strong effort to do the workout. We had two people that physically could not run so they opted to walk and or row the miles instead. I love it when our athletes will do whatever it takes to participate! CrossFit is for everyone, and the community makes it worth it. We raised a total of $411 on our end for Midwest Homeless Veterans Shelter, I am still waiting to hear the total raised at our allies at CrossFit Tri Cities. Again... thank you everyone!!! Today we will be doing a good ol' bodyweight workout to get the body moving again...
