/This Saturday is Bring a friend partner WOD! We will do something fun to introduce new people to CrossFit Carol Stream.
Push Up Program: DO the following WOD with perfect push ups. Only count reps that meet the ongoing standards at CrossFit Carol Stream. The better you are now the easier the push ups will be when we do a WOD like Murph.
