/On Saturday we will have a 'fun WOD'.... these are workouts where time does not matter, but fun does. No really it is about having fun!
Push up program:
Perform 50%, 40% and 30% of the reps for your 2 minute push up max. Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.
WOD
4 Rounds for time of:
30 Wall balls
20 burpees
10 Hang power cleans 135/95 115/80(masters).
