/Partner TEAM WOD next Saturday the 23rd! Start picking a partner to do the WOD with. If you cannot find someone and would like to do the workout come to Mike or I and we can take care of you. Push up program
10 minutes of 30 seconds to do 10 push ups and 30 seconds to rest. If you find yourself unable to perform 10 push ups in the given 30 seconds then do what you are able. If you are failing at 7 then next 30 seconds only go until 7 push ups are complete. As always maintain good form and high standards.
