Thursday!

sue MUNot only does Sue get her bar muscle up during the Open WOD 16.3... she had a lot of fans that felt every bit of her struggle. I love this place!

 

Prediction for Open WOD 16.4: Deadlifts, a variation of Handstands, and possibly pistols.

I tell you my prediction for two reasons,

  1. Don't skip today's lifts.
  2.  Prep for the Open accordingly. Stretch out those hamstrings especially and do shoulder mobility.

MAX EFFORT/WOD

Clean and jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Start moderately heavy and work into a heavy 5 rep max.
