Ok This is the last day for this week for the lifting program. We have ONE more week to go, all I ask is that you stick with it until the end. We will reassess after that and most likely tweak things and keep changing things. A definition of CrossFit is as follows: A regimen of constantly varied (CV), functional movements (FM) performed at high intensity (@HI) in a communal environment leads to health and fitness. ....... I realize that after doing an Olympic Lifting program that seems to be repeating itself for four weeks is not really 'constantly varied'  but to be fit we need to look bigger than a few weeks, four weeks is nothing compared to our long 'fitness careers;' So please hang in there and complete this program and I feel that we can all benefit.
