/We are hosting the Powerfit games at our gym. We already have a few athletes signed up, and there is still time to sign up.
Kathy K, Ryan, Kathy M. and Isabella are all competing and would welcome some more friendly competition among all of us.
Below are the 4 workouts that will be completed over the next 4 weeks by anyone registered for the competition. For today's workout you will do 1-2 of the following workouts:
Workout 1
3 Rounds for Time 250 Meter Row 15 Back Squats 15 Over Head Press

All Men Back Squat 135# Over Head Press 95#
All Women Back Squat 95# Over Head Press 65#
Workout 2
2 Rounds for Reps 1 Minute AMRAP Bench Press 1 Minute AMRAP Strict Pull Ups

Standard and Masters Men Bench Press 135# Recreational Men Bench Press 115#
Standard and Masters Women Bench Press 95# Recreational Women Bench Press 75#
Workout 3
4 Rounds for Time 4 – 50’ Sprints 2 – 50’ Farmer Carry 20 Sit Ups

Standard & Masters Men Farmer Carry – 32kg per arm Recreational Men Farmer Carry – 24kg per arm
Standard & Masters Women Farmer Carry – 24kg per arm Recreational Women Farmer Carry – 16kg per arm

5 Minute AMRAP 2-4-6-8-10-12…. -Cleans 95/65 -Over the Bar Burpee (jump first then do the burpee, no second jump is needed after burpee)
