Get Ready!!! Murph for Miller is this Friday at our gym and the actual event is Saturday atCrossFit Tri Cities. We do the workout at our gym to give everyone who has a busy Saturday the chance to experience an awesome Hero WOD to honor our fallen on Memorial day weekend. We would like but do not require a donation for the The Rob Miller Home: Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton, IL. Thank you and get motivated for this WOD!!! (there will be scaled options so everyone can have a good experience!)

MAX EFFORT

Deadlift 3,3,3,3,3+

Box Jump 3,3,3,3,3 (as high as possible for 3x) Do the box jumps between each round of deadlifts.

Conditioning:

Run to Schmale rd. (and back)

 

If you find a workout where there is a skill that you cannot do i.e. "muscle ups"... doing a different workout will not help you with the skill you lack. Fitness First!!
