Everyone is doing great during the Open! I am excited to see all the motivation and the enthusiasm that has been going on before, during and after the workouts. Thank you for such an awesome experience. WOD

275/190lb. deadlifts, 7 reps 10 burpee pull-ups 55/35-lb. single arm kettlebell thrusters, 14 reps (7 each arm) 20 box jumps, 24/20-inch box
