10x 50 feet Shuttle Run*

25 Hug the Bumper**

 

*Shuttle Run: From one end of the gym run to the other and touch designated mark (50 feet away) and then return to start (where you do the 'hugs') that would be two repetitions. Have fun!!

**With a 45lb bumper on the ground lay on your stomach with your head towards the bumper. Grab on with both hands, squeeze your glutes and lift legs and hips off the ground above your chest and shoulders.

Work on MOBILITY!
