MAX EFFORT
Deadlift 5,5,5,5,5 rep max.
We are looking for a 5 rep max. Your first round should be heavy enough that you may be able to pull a couple more reps. The second and third rounds will be approaching the 5 rep max we are looking for. 4th and 5th rounds should be it. Go for it, go heavy.
Try and try again to do as many rounds with a normal grip, then all you switch grippers can switch on the last round. The deadlift is also about grip strength.
