Strength Program: We will be going back to the 5,3,1+ format, if you are an experienced lifter and have a few 1 rep max lifts under your belt then I want you to remove the base number from your lifts and use percentages directly off of your one rep max.  The rest of you I recommend that you use the base number format.  MAX EFFORT

Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5+ (65,75,75,85,85%)
