Group Warm Up! WOD

First do-

2 Rounds of:

15 Dumbbell Thruster 40/30lb

15 Burpees

Then do-

30 reps “Generic” Man Maker 40/30lb (15 touches per side)*

And last but not least do-

2 rounds of:

15 Chest to bar pull ups

15 Front Loaded Dumbbell lunges 40/30lb

 

*A completed rep is when the dumbbell touches your shoulder! If you are unable to stabilize your mid-line you will use a lighter weight for this movement.
