You may complete the following in any order, but when you start an exercise you must complete it before moving on:

Row 1000m

30 Chest to bar pull ups

50 wall balls

30 Weighted Walking lunges with 55/35lb

50 Kettlebell Swings 55/35lb

30 Power Snatches 95/65lb

50 double unders
