5 Minutes of Kettlebell Clean and Jerks (Long Cycle)**

 

* Two Hands Anyhow: To complete this lift you must have 2 weights overhead locked out simultaneously but must arrive their separately. One weight must weigh more than the other. 
Example: Put a 55lb kettlebell overhead. Then while the 55lb bell is overhead pick up a 44lb bell off of the floor and put it overhead to have both weights locked out overhead simultaneously. Note the weights cannot weigh the same, they must be different. 

**Long Cycle: Kettlebell Clean and Jerk, you have two choices. You either may use two Kettlebells simultaneously or use one kettlebell for the duration. In either case, this is a 5 minute test to see how many you can do without putting the weight down. This does not mean you have to do the entire 5 minutes, but you must stop at the 5 minute mark. You may NOT put the weight down once you begin, and the only 2 rest positions are in the rack or overhead. Also with a single bell, you may only switch arms once.
