Tabata Push Up
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. You will be scored on TOTAL amount of push ups completed to standard. The standard is the same as always: Your Chest (not your belly or hips) must touch the ground, and your arms must come to complete lockout in order to count the rep. We are looking for good reps!!! Integrity!

15 Grasshoppers (the standard for the grasshopper is starting in the plank position, your shin must touch your forearm perpendicular and then return to the plank!)
