AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
Burpee Box jumps 24/20"
A Burpee Box jump is exactly that. While facing the box do a burpee then instead of jumping to end the burpee jump onto the box. Then extend hips on top of box or while jumping off. Repeat.... You must do it in this order, burpee then jump on top of box. You may not do a bunch of burpees then do box jumps all must be done in a 1:1 ratio.
