MAX EFFORT Front Squat 5,5,5+

With a continuously running clock perform one squat clean the first minute and two squat cleans the second minute and three squat cleans the third minute, continuing  to add another squat clean every minute on the minute until you cannot complete the designated cleans in that minute*.  Weights are 135/95lb.

* Just because you realize you cannot finish all your cleans in the next minute does not mean you are done. Get a PLUS!! If you do not have a plus you will do an equal amount of burpees to cleans you completed. So if you go for 7 minutes and do not have a plus you will owe 1,ooo burpees. So do a plus!
