Happy New Year 2014 To all!!! This year we are going to be more goal oriented. We will be setting up a goal system so we can all reach certain quantifiable goals in short durations. Start thinking about either 2 separate goals or 1 goal with a minor goal attached to it.

Examples:

1st Goal: Increase deadlift from 200lbs to 215 lbs by March.

2nd Goal: Row 500m 5 seconds faster

Example 2:

Major Goal: Run a 5k in 21 minutes

Sub goal: Increase 1 mile sprint time to under 7 minutes.

 

We will be talking about this in more detail in the next few days.... So start brainstorming about what is important to you.
