MAX EFFORT
Overhead Squat 5,3,1+
Front Squat 5,3,1+
Back Squat 5,3,1+
WOD
This will be done on a point system:
For 12 minutes perform a max effort of each exercise.
Each exercise will be done for 1 minute for a total of four times.
you may do the exercises in any order but must remain the same order throughout the WOD.
You may switch exercises (i.e. push ups or ring push ups) during the WOD but not during the minute.
Pull ups (1 point) or Chest to bar pull ups (3 points)
Sit ups (1 point), Or GHD sit ups (3 points)
Push Ups (1 point), Ring Push ups (3 points)
