6 Walking lunges
5 Burpees!
4 Front Squats
3 Box jumps,
2 wall climbs (walkouts if you like),
1 power Clean (any weight)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of: 150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10' target for men, 14lb to 9' target for the ladies) 90 Double-unders 30 Muscle-ups
